1973 Vintage Royal Netherlands Marine Corps Uniform Set, Beret Jacket Trousers Shirt

This complete Dutch Marine Dress Blues Uniform was acquired in trade by a US Marine Corp member in the late 1970s or early 80s directly from the Dutch Marine who wore it.

All four included items (Beret, Jacket, Trousers, Shirt) are marked with matching service numbers (45202) from the original owner, and three of the items have matching 1973 dates on the labels, making this a very nicely cohesive uniform ensemble.

The badge on the jacket breast is the Netherlands Cold (Winter) Warfare Training Badge or "Koudweertraining" qualification. The badge is either solid sterling silver or it is silver plated, I can't be sure as is is not marked.
